Soy Rubén Alfonso “CRS – CLHMS – SRS – PSA”, Licenciado en Derecho (USM, Caracas – Venezuela) con estudios de Post Grado en Gerencia para Abogados (IESA, Caracas, Venezuela), Gerencia Estratégica de Tesorería (IESA, Caracas, Venezuela) con especialización en Instituciones Financieras (UCAB, Caracas Venezuela).

En el año 2004 obtuve una licenciatura en Bienes Raíces por el Estado de Florida.

Tengo experiencia en Fondos de Inversión Inmobiliaria, EB5, Pre Construcción, Ventas, Compras, Short Sale, Negociaciones, Ejecuciones Hipotecarias y Subastas.
